Policy on booking confirmation and cancellation



For stays less than three nights


Confirm booking

- A payment of 30% of the entire stay is required to confirm your booking via bank transfer or money order or a credit card number and expiration date, as guarantee.

Booking cancellation
- In the event of cancellation of booking or non-attendance, the entire deposit paid will be charged or 30% of the credit card amount will be withheld.

For stays more than three nights


Confirm booking

- A payment of 30% of the total amount for the stay is required upon booking.

How to make payment

1. Using a credit card. The following credit cards are accepted:  VISA — MASTERCARD — MAESTRO.
The details of the advanced payment must be provided upon booking by FAX or E-MAIL.

2. With Bank Transfer to our current account;

3. By postal order.

The bank or postal details must be issued and the advance payment will be valid when the written confirmation of the accommodation is forwarded.

N.B.: In any case, a valid credit card must be provided as guarantee.

The balance for the accommodation shall be paid upon arrival of the guest with credit card, cash or cheque, including documentation of the account holder and copy of the advance payment.

Booking cancellation:

-  If the guest cancels the booking within 60 days before the arrival date, the entire advance payment will be reimbursed.
- If the guest cancels between 15 and 59 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be withheld as guarantee deposit. *
- If the guest cancels between 8 and 14 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total for the accommodation will be withheld as penalty, in addition to the advance payment.
- If the guest cancels between 4 and 7 days before the arrival date, 45% of the total for the accommodation will be withheld as penalty, in addition to the advance payment.
- If the guest cancels 3 days before the arrival date, the entire agreed booking amount will be withheld.
- In case of no-show or late cancellation, a penalty fee of 100% will apply.

The booking will be kept for the requested accommodation only for the actual number of nights paid.
In case of early departure, for whatever reason, the entire booked accommodation must be paid.


 * Only for this option, if the guest is unable to use the accommodation in the booked period and incurs a penalty fee, it can be used towards payment of future reservations within the end of the year, subject to availability by management.
